1/2 C. Dijon mustard
1/4 C. maple syrup
1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
fresh rosemary
salt and pepper
Directions:
Line pan with foil
Salt and pepper chicken thighs
Mix mustard, vinegar, and syrup.
Pour over chicken.
Flip chicken so it’s totally covered.
Bake at 450 degrees for 40 minutes
*baste half way through
